Assisted by renowned architects PBD in the latest ROMECITI project, Smith’s Top Ryde, ROMECITI has made sure the design for natural ventilation, natural sunlight, internal area size, communal space planning, and so on are all up to the highest standards and create a wonderful amenity in the development. The building has been designed so as to maximise northern orientation in the majority of the apartments living spaces; Natural cross-flow ventilation in excess of normal amenity standards; A sleek modern architectural aesthetic, articulated so as to identify important facets of the building elevations and façade; Efficient open internal planning with a natural flow from living areas to private open space/ terrace areas; The project uses a palette of colours inspired by materials found in nature. This helps promote an aesthetic that compliments and abates the transition of a domestic scale residential to the more urban streetscape that is emerging in the precinct.
