• PROCESSING TIME: LESS THAN 2 BUSINESS DAYS
• THE LOAN IS FOR 2 YEARS ONLY AND MUST BE DISCHARGED ON EXPIRY DATE
Who is Eligible
• Exclusive to the Eastwood Central 2 buyers
• The contract was exchanged before 01 Jan 2020
• The evaluation price is lower than the contract price by more than 10%-15%
• An Income statement should be provided by the applicant, a tax return statement is needed if you are a self-employed
• Unregistered Second Mortgage is only available for those who can get personal loans from banks
Other Requirements
1. Sign the Second Mortgage Documents and General Security Agreement. Please note that we
won’t register in LPI unless you breach the contract
2. A caveat will be lodged over the apartment you apply for the Unregistered Second Mortgage
