The superblock located 2-8 Lakeside Rd, 1-11 Glen St, and 15-17 Glen St was rezoned as a mix-used development site. ROMECITI previously launched residential project Eastwood Central in the area, which was sold out within 2 hours. The company is expected to develop a mix of residential and commercial properties in the 1-hectre site.

Maintaining the focus to not only cater to the residents, but also to the local communities, ROMECITI expects to work meticulously with the local council to upgrade the Eastwood community with high-end apartments and retail properties. ROMECITI anticipates to develop more than 270 apartments on the site.

ROMECITI has had numerous developments across Sydney, including Manly, Epping, and Ryde. The latest ROMECITI residential project, The Smith’s at Top Ryde, is expected to launch within the week.

ROMECITI believe that supply of apartments available in Sydney are incapable of supporting the demand. This is especially significant, as Sydney resident’s expectations of apartment living have risen considerably due to substantial high-end apartments emerging during the housing bloom. And the company is confident that it will continue to surprise its customers with high-end apartments and a contemporary lifestyle.

ROMECITI has expressed a vision for a sophisticated urban network of stations, schools, and shopping to support such high-end apartments. And ROMECITI is encouraged by its previous successes to continue such attempts.
